Pork & Green Bean Stir Fry
"The char on the green beans is what makes this dish special. If you don't like hot peppers, substitute a red bell pepper for color. Cook time does not include the time to cook rice or noodles....whichever you choose."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the ground pork and the next 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, for 7 to 8 minutes or until the meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Wipe the skillet clean.
Step 2
Cook the green beans in hot oil (almost smoking so they char) in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender and slightly charred.
Step 3
Stir together the teriyaki sauce, lime zest, and lime juice.
Step 4
Stir the pork mixture into the green beans. Stir in the teriyaki mixture, tossing to coat. Serve immediately over hot rice or noodles.
