Brown chops

In casserole, place potatoes in bottom , next the onions, Season each layer to taste

Step 3

Mix water milk and soup. Pour over onions. Put on chops

Step 4

Cover. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes

Step 5

Uncover bake 10 minutes more

Who doesn't like comfort food? The pork chops were done perfectly and were super tasty thanks to the browning. We loved the potatoes and onions in the creamy sauce. I have a few recommendations - even though I peppered the top of the potatoes, it still needed more flavor in my opinion. I would either salt and pepper each layer of potatoes or the sauce. The next recommendation would be to slice the potatoes very thin. I needed to bake mine for an additional 15 minutes so the potatoes would be softer. That said, I can't wait to try this recipe again whenever I'm craving comfort food. Thank you!
