"This recipe was given to my family by a friend. We've made it many times for potluck dinners. Mushrooms, bell pepper, or other favorite pizza toppings can be added with the meat."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook ground beef and 1 medium chopped onion. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce. Add oregano and garlic powder. Salt. Pour into ungreased 13X9 inch pan. Top with 10 oz Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 2
Combine eggs, milk, and oil. Add flour and salt. Beat with whisk until smooth. Pour batter evenly over cheese and meat mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Step 3
Bake at 400º about 30-40 minutes.
