Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cover fillets with cold water and add vinegar and salt.

Bring to a boil (without lid) and boil for 10 minutes.

Serve with melted butter.

Kim says fish may also be placed under broiler for 1-2 minutes to brown. I haven't tried that.
