Step 1: Cover fillets with cold water and add vinegar and salt.
Step 2: Bring to a boil (without lid) and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Serve with melted butter.
Step 4: Kim says fish may also be placed under broiler for 1-2 minutes to brown. I haven't tried that.
