Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a bowl of an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar.
Step 3
Add the next 4 ingredients (-eggs) to the creamed mixture and beat well.
Step 4
Spoon batter into an baking dish (8 or 10 inch). Line top of batter with the plums.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour; allow to cool and serve lukewarm with whipped cream or cool whip.
Step 7
***may be frozen; defrost and reheat briefly at 300 degrees F.
