Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil in 4-quart Dutch oven with cover.
Step 2
Add pork and cook until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add onion and garlic and stir with meat

Add flour and stir 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, green chilies, jalapeno , salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 6
Mix to incorporate.
Step 7
Add broth.
Step 8
Lower heat. Cover pot and simmer for 1- 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
Step 9
Serve with flour tortillas.
