Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the ground beef, eggs,1 teaspoon cornstarch, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and allspice and form not 1" balls.

Step 2

Bring the oil to medium high heat in a large skillet and add the meatballs; brown on all sides.

Step 3

Meanwhile whisk together the remaining cornstarch, pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, water and brown sugar in a large saucepan; bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Step 4

Add the cooked meatballs, crushed pineapple and diced green peppers; reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with cooked rice.

Made as written for the Pick Me Tag Game .. Except I was unable to find crushed pineapple. But I did find the sml tidbits & halved them for a better size. This is a tasty easy-fix recipe that I served over rice & topped w/sprinkles of sesame seeds. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us, Bea. :-)
