"This pineapple sauce is so good over ice cream, pound cake, waffles and pancakes -the list is endless! If you want to make it with fresh pineapple, make sure it is super ripe. I use 3/4 cup medium diced pineapple and reduce the pineapple juice to 1/4 cup."

Step by Step Method
