Step by Step Method

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Place just the pineapple juice in a saucepan, add the water, and bring to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in diet Dr Pepper.

Step 2

Stir in Cherry pie filling and the drained pineapple. Pour into a mold, serving bowl, or individual serving dishes. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
