"This is a typical Persian beverage that is enjoyed by many Iranis and has a flavor that is not unlike a cross between grape juice and lemonade with a touch of flowers. It truly has to be experienced to get the full understanding of how good it is, and it goes wonderfully as a complement to any Middle Eastern meal."

Wonderfully Refreshing! 10 Star recipe, and a new favorite! I've made this too many times to count since I discovered it a couple of weeks ago. I'm so happy to have found a new use for my orange blossom water too...it adds a lovely exoticness to this. While I like the tart lemon version best, when I run out of lemons or don't feel like squeezing them, I sub orange juice for a smoother sweeter orangier version. I do use club soda and Splenda. Freddy Cat says thanks for the cooler! Made for the Pick Me! recipe tag game.
