"These brownies are fudgy rich with Snickers candy bar chunks in every bite. I usually make these around Halloween time with leftover Snickers bars but anytime is a good time for these, don't bother with any icing you won't need any for these!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

Place butter in a saucepan; heat over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each egg addition. Add cocoa; stir until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt; stir until combined. Mix in chopped Snickers.

Step 3

Transfer to pan. Drop dollops of peanut butter over the batter. Using a knife, swirl peanut butter into brownies.

Step 4

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool brownies completely in pan on a wire rack then slice into squares.

These are great anytime and we loved every single one! I added some extra peanuts to the batter and it made them even better. We will be having these again for sure!
