Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine Bisquick, sugar and almonds. Cut in butter until well-blended. Press into bottom of lightly greased or lined 9"x13" baking pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just beginning to brown.
Step 3
While crust is baking, peel, pit and slice peaches. Mix with white and brown sugar and lemon juice.
Step 4
Remove crust from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Step 5
Spread jam evenly over warm crust. Arrange peach slices over jam. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Step 6
Return to oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, until edges are browned and bubbly and peaches have begun to soften.
