Parmesan Scrambled Eggs With Peas
"I saw a similar recipe on BBC Food and it got me thinking and I created this recipe. Very easy tasty served with chili sauce on Toast, English Muffin or a Bagel. If you like have some bacon or sausages on the side. I like mixed stir fried mushrooms onions and peppers as a side dish."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat together the eggs, sour cream (cottage cheese), milk and flour.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a medium sized skillet, add frozen peas, stir fry 1 minute.
Step 3
Add eggs, let them settle then gently stir.
Step 4
Add Parmesan, and oregano, season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Continue cooking giving another stir or two until they are just cooked. Do not over cook
Step 6
Serve on a slice of toast, English muffin or a bagel - Enjoy
