Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat together the eggs, sour cream (cottage cheese), milk and flour.

  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a medium sized skillet, add frozen peas, stir fry 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Add eggs, let them settle then gently stir.

  • Step 4: Add Parmesan, and oregano, season with salt & pepper.

  • Step 5: Continue cooking giving another stir or two until they are just cooked. Do not over cook

  • Step 6: Serve on a slice of toast, English muffin or a bagel - Enjoy
