Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

Step 2

In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients (all except for lemon rind); toss. Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 475 degrees F for 20 minutes, stirring half way through. Add rind and toss.

This is so easy and so good...I cut the recipe in half for two of us and used a large red potato that I cut into eighths...we loved the rosemary flavor...I didn't have fresh so used dried...made for "FYC" tag game...
