The Pancake Mix Egg Bake recipe is my favorite and I do prepare the pancake in my kitchen at least once a week. But I make the recipe with pure ghee instead of using unsalted butter. Ghee is more flavorsome than butter I found and I trust the ghee's nutritional benefits over butter. https://milkio.co.nz/pure-ghee/
