Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat frying pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until soft.

Step 2

Add soup and tomatoes and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the wet spinach and cover the pan.

Step 4

Allow to simmer for 3 minutes or until wilted.

Step 5

Sprinkle the bacon over spinach and serve.

I really loved this Bea... What a tasty dish! I was a little apprehensive about using the soup but used it anyway and it really added to the flavor. I wouldn't leave it out. Thanks for sharing another great recipe with us! Linda
