Step 1: Heat frying pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until soft.
Step 2: Add soup and tomatoes and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in the wet spinach and cover the pan.
Step 4: Allow to simmer for 3 minutes or until wilted.
Step 5: Sprinkle the bacon over spinach and serve.
