The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces spinach, rinsed and NOT dried
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
  • 1/2 cup condensed tomato soup
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat frying pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until soft.

  • Step 2: Add soup and tomatoes and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

  • Step 3: Stir in the wet spinach and cover the pan.

  • Step 4: Allow to simmer for 3 minutes or until wilted.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the bacon over spinach and serve.
