Step 1

Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add apples and nuts and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to apple mixture.

Step 2

Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch pan and bake at 350-degrees F for 20 - 30 minutes, or until a rich golden brown.
