"This recipe came from an old cookbook I have "Australian Heritage". This is great to serve with drinks. I think you could use larger vol-au-vent cases to make an impressive meal! The original recipe calls for frozen cases, but now days you can easily buy them fresh, so I have used fresh weights for fresh baked vol-au-vent cases."
