Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 115 grams onion, finely chopped ( 1 x small onion )
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 24 (180 grams) vol-au-vent cases (pre-baked, 24 small size )
  • 1 kg oysters (NOTE ~24 oysters needed, weight depends on the size)
  • 50 grams caviar (black or red)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the creams together and whip until thick.

  • Step 2: Fold in the finely diced onion & seasonings.
