Strawberry French Toast Replace the blueberries with 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries. Replace the blueberry topping with a strawberry topping made with 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1 tablespoon of butter.
