Step 1

Place the oil, parsley, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, coriander and garlic in a large plastic small bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Generously brush the paste over both sides of the fish and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will vary depending on how thick the filets are.)

Easy and Delicious! I made one change- wrapped all in foil and put it on the grill. Will try it on parchment in the oven another time.

Another really tasty fish recipe. This will be made again for sure. I used wild Red snapper. and cut the recipe back to two servings
