Step 1: Place the oil, parsley, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, coriander and garlic in a large plastic small bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Generously brush the paste over both sides of the fish and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will vary depending on how thick the filets are.)
