Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound whitefish fish filets
  • 3 tablespoons oil (avocado oil, can use olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic (processed through garlic press)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the oil, parsley, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, coriander and garlic in a large plastic small bowl and mix well.

  • Step 2: Generously brush the paste over both sides of the fish and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will vary depending on how thick the filets are.)
