"This salad is very DELICIOUS! The sweetness of the oranges, with the bite of the onion and tartness of the dressing, smooths it to a delight. I hadn't made it in a long time because I had misplaced the recipe, but just found it. The particular mustard that makes this recipe amazing is French Meaux Mustard (Pommery) that can be found in fine supermarkets or through Amazon (Amazon is how I purchased it). I've used other less expensive mustards, but non compared. It is well worth buying. It is essential that good sweet tasting oranges are used to achieve excellent results, therefore it is best when oranges are in season, which in my area the best oranges are imported during winter. The best results are achieved when using the ingredients noted."
