"A healthy alternative to egg nog. Make it nondairy by using rice or almond milk."

Step 1

Place orange, banana, milk, honey, vanilla, ice cubes and pinch of pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, adding a little more milk, if necessary.

Step 2

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg, if desired.

No special items needed.



The flavor of these was really good. As a matter of personal preference, I like mine thicker, so I added more ice cubes. The next time, I would add some protein powder instead of more ice. This is refreshing for a quick snack.

Thanks for sharing this recipe Mikekey. It was a lovely surprise. It is so good, rich, thick, smooth and full of flavor. I'll be making this one again. Made for Holiday Hits - Beverages. So happy that I tried this lovely drink. Sorry but my laptop died today and all my photos are stuck in it, until I can get it fixed. Will post the photos when able.
