I wanted to try this, but knew I'd prob comment on vs review the recipe due to a primary chg. Some fresh herbs can be hard-to-find this early in the Icelandic summer season. That was the case w/basil, but I think fresh mint would've been my choice anyway. I usually grow it on my balcony, but it isn't "harvest-ready" yet. Using just the fruits, the "infusion" is very subtle, altho I let it infuse for over 2 dys. I also admit I'm spoiled by Icelandic water that' s so pure, cold from the tap & hard to beat. I plan to re-try this using mint & expect to edit this comment & maybe even post a 2nd pic. :-)

I used the orange, grape (black and green grapes) and basil version. Left in the fridge for a few hours and the flavors were very subtle and did not overtake the drink at all - it gave just the perfect blend and flavor. Served with ice this was a great and healthy thirst quencher.
