Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, and chipotle pepper in a blender or food processor and process enough to blend. Transfer the puree to a nonreactive mixing bowl and whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add the garlic, cilantro, and salt.
Step 2
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Recommended Cuts: Beef tenderloin, steak (marinade for 2 - 3 hours; Pork chops and Pork tenderloin (marinade for 4 - 6 hours or overnight). Cook in the manner you would normally cook these cuts.
