Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sprinkle both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Bring the olive oil to medium heat in a skillet and cook the lamb chops to desired doneness.

Step 3

Remove the chops and keep warm.

Step 4

Pour the remaining ingredients in the skillet and cook until the wine has reduced and the sauce has a nice glaze consistency, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 5

Taste the sauce and add slat and pepper if needed.

Step 6

Plate the chops and pour the sauce over the chops.

Step 7

Great lamb chops! I used apricot preserves instead of the marmalade but otherwise followed as written. This was a great way to make lamb chops. Thanks for sharing!

When you cook lamb chops you want to be sure that you have a good recipe because they are so expensive here. This recipe is a winner - It is easy and delicious. The chops were very tender and cooked until they were still pink inside. This recipe will be made again - Thanks Bea for a lovely Sunday dinner
