Step 1: Sprinkle both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Pour the remaining ingredients in the skillet and cook until the wine has reduced and the sauce has a nice glaze consistency, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 5: Taste the sauce and add slat and pepper if needed.
Step 6: Plate the chops and pour the sauce over the chops.
