  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.
