Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
CAKE: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Step 3
Beat in milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir in melted butter.
Step 4
Transfer the batter into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Set aside
Step 5
Cinnamon Topping: In a medium bowl, mix together all of the cinnamon topping ingredients until creamy. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon topping mixture on top of the batter. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests done.
Step 7
GLAZE: mix all of the glaze ingredients until smooth. You may need more milk or more powdered sugar to reach a desired glaze consistency.
Step 8
Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving
Step 9
Drizzle on the cream cheese glaze.
Step 10
Serve warm.
