I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a new for us great side. Everyone loved it! No jalapenos this time around but may try it that way some other time.

Awesome corn casserole! So easy to put everything in one bowl give it a stir and bake. Mine took just about an hour to bake and it is a lot moister then the corn casserole I used to make. I did add another hand full of cheese and did not add the jalapeno. This will be my go to recipe from now on! Thank you Kitten our Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful!
