Wow, what a wonderful treat this quick and easy to make meatloaf was. It was tender and very flavorful. We found it homey and comforting; served with mashed potatoes and green peas for a lovely meal. Thank you for sharing a new family favourite.

Loved this meatloaf! Reminded me of my moms years ago, except she used oatmeal for the binder. Very good with green beans, mashed potatoes and homemade rolls.

We love meatloaf but I don't really make it often, and since this looked so good I couldn't resist. We loved it! It was comfort food all the way serving it up with mashed potatoes and butternut squash.

Delicious meatloaf that had me seriously over indulging with no feelings of guilt at all. I could have eaten the whole pan! My husband told me I can make this for him any time. Since he is a fuss budget about food that is a genuine compliment! Meatloaf, here we come!

I wanted to make a good old comfort food and decided on meatloaf and decided this was the one. It smelled so good while it was cooking that I wanted to have a piece half way through cooking! It was delicious and sliced and came out of the pan easily for me. I used 80% lean burger with no problems what so ever. My husband and kids loved it and requested we have it on a regular basis. I wouldn't change a thing!
