Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mash up egg yolks in medium sized bowl. Stir in mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, till thoroughly mixed. Whisk in oil for a couple minutes. Then whisk in vinegar for a couple minutes until well mixed. Can also be done in a small food processor. Keep refrigerated.
