Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients, except butter, in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cut butter in pieces and dot the top of the casserole.

Step 3

Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 45 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Variation: Mix in 4 ounces garlic and herb tube of goat cheese, softened and spooned in, then mix well.
