"This is out of my Weight Watchers cookbook called "Best of Weight Watchers Magazine" DH rated this excellent the last time I prepared it. It has 4 points on the old program. (3oz meat with 2 tbls sauce) Use any leftovers for pulled pork sandwiches. Just thinly slice or chop the pork and combine with the leftover sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, just until the meat is hot, and serve on soft sandwich rolls with sweet gherkin pickles on the side. This rub works great on chicken, beef and catfish."

LifeIsGood

Fabulous bbq pork tenderloin! The spice rub added the best flavor and crust to the tenderloins. They were tasty eaten just like that, but that sauce put it over the top. We loved it! I'm excited to chop up the leftover pork and cook it in the bbq sauce for a pulled pork dinner tomorrow. Thank you!

Daily Inspiration

This delicious pork tenderloin made a great 4th of July meal. It's easy & quick and the rub really adds so much flavor. We loved the mop sauce with its sweet/tart flavor. Went perfectly with our grilled zucchini. : )

WOW,Teresa, was this ever good. I loved the combination of rub and sauce on the pork. I can still taste it and I feel like drooling. Seriously, very spicy and tasty. The layers of depth in the sauce is terrific. Thanks so much for sharing another lovely recipe. Made FYC tag game.
