I had this over fish and it had a little zip to it that we loved mixed with the sour from the lemon and vinegar and salty from the capers. It made a really nice sauce to put on my fish before baking in the oven.

Whoeeee, this has zing.. I added a bit of honey to sweeten it up a bit and really enjoyed this over fresh salad greens.
