Step 1

In a food processor combine graham crackers, pecans and salt and pulse until ground. With the machine running, drizzle in the oil and pulse to combine. Press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Step 2

In the food processor combine the next 5 ingredients (cream cheese - lemon juice), puree until smooth and then dollop the mixture over the crust. Cover and refrigerate until cold (2 hours or up to one day).

Step 3

To serve, top with berries and cut into 16 squares

The five stars are for the wonderful flavour. However, the 9x13 pan is too big, the pieces came out very thin and crumbly. Maybe a 5 minute bake would solve that. Love the greek yogurt /cream cheese combo. Made a raspberry coulis instead of the fresh berries. My family loved it so much that they ate the whole pan. Sorry no photo, but will take one next time I make this delicious dessert. Thanks for sharing Ellie! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
