Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces graham crackers (broken into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts (toasted)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup oil (canola)
  • 16 ounces low-fat cream cheese (softened, two packages, 8 ounce each)
  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 cups berries

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor combine graham crackers, pecans and salt and pulse until ground. With the machine running, drizzle in the oil and pulse to combine. Press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: In the food processor combine the next 5 ingredients (cream cheese - lemon juice), puree until smooth and then dollop the mixture over the crust. Cover and refrigerate until cold (2 hours or up to one day).

  • Step 3: To serve, top with berries and cut into 16 squares
