Step 1

Mash the garlic with salt . Mix into the rest of dressing

Step 2

Add to the potatoes add onions and celery and parsley. Mix then fold in eggs gently

Daily Inspiration

Very tasty potato salad! I omitted the celery and added extra olives plus some chopped roasted red bell peppers, but otherwise made as directed. I let the potato salad refrigerate to let the flavors meld. It will go great with our evening meal.
