Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the worchestershire, mustard, vinegar and ground red pepper

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400f

Step 3

Coat the fillets well with the mustard mixture and place them in a lightly greased oven proof dish

Step 4

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily Enjoy

Bergy, I told you I was going to use Swai for this. I actually ended up using Tilapia...it was such a good lunch and so easy to prepare!
