Step 1: Mix together the worchestershire, mustard, vinegar and ground red pepper
Step 2: Preheat oven to 400f
Step 3: Coat the fillets well with the mustard mixture and place them in a lightly greased oven proof dish
Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily Enjoy
