Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil and butter in stock pot.
Step 2
Add onions and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Then add garlic and ginger.

Stir and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander and paprika.

Stir and cook until aromatic, about 30 seconds.

Next add mustard greens and spinach .

Add stock.
Step 10
Cook 15 minutes.
Step 11
Add the milk and cream.
Step 12
Stir in salt and adjust to taste.

Use stick blender until smooth
