These fries came out really great, actually, better than what I expected. The mustard gives it such a savory lovely taste and given that they are oven baked….Yay…..saving on those calories. I did add a bit more of the mustard powder. However, misread the instructions and added both the mustard powder and the black pepper before placing the fries in the oven. I thought that this misread wouldn’t bring out the mustard flavor enough and I was bummed because I ran out of mustard powder, but it sure was well enhanced and so flavorful, so there was no need to add some more. Thanks so much Teresa for sharing this winner. We all loved these babies.

I love the flavor the mustard powder offers to the potato wedges, nice spicy tang. I cooked mine with the oil in an actifry cooker then tossed them with the salt mustard powder and pepper, deeeeeeeelish!

Great crispy fries with a delicate bite of heat. Made as directed but left the potatoes on the baking sheet and sifted the mustard over the potatoes and sprinkled with pepper and tossed. DH was disappointed that I did not make more. But will again soon. Thank you Teresa for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
