Step 1

Start by defrosting the frozen spinach in the microwave

My daughters and I LOVE creamed spinach, so because dinner plans included steak, this recipe was a natural choice. The Dijon mustard was great here and the cream cheese in this recipe was absolutely perfect and added to it’s creaminess and ever so slight cheese taste. Btw: I added slightly more onions and a little extra garlic. LOVED everything about this spinach! Thank you, dienia, for sharing this successful dish.
