Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic,smashed
- 1/4 cup onion,minced
- 1 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Step 1: Start by defrosting the frozen spinach in the microwave
