Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk constantly stirring for 2 minutes. Bring to boil. Take off heat.
In another bowl add chocolate, sugar and hot water. Blend in to milk mixture.
Beat yolks. Temper into milk mixture.
Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with vanilla
Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole,souffle pan,straight sided
Bake 350 degrees oven for 25minutes
Serve immediately with cream
