Step 1: Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk constantly stirring for 2 minutes. Bring to boil. Take off heat.
Step 2: In another bowl add chocolate, sugar and hot water. Blend in to milk mixture.
Step 3: Beat yolks. Temper into milk mixture.
Step 4: Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with vanilla
Step 5: Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole,souffle pan,straight sided
Step 6: Bake 350 degrees oven for 25minutes
Step 7: Serve immediately with cream
Step 8: Cream: Beat together
